Who We Are

Kevin and Ambrea started the development company after they purchased a duplex and house at auction, both fixer-uppers in which they managed the renovation of the properties. Throughout the years they have purchased, renovated and redeveloped numerous single-family homes, duplexes and multi-family dwellings.

Their newest project includes the Continental Baking Company Building, better known as the former Wonder Bread Building. Awarded both federal and state historic tax credits, the building is the 10th to receive that honor in the City of Toledo. The historic building will be converted into 25 loft apartments with 4 commercial spaces.
